At first glance this season’s neon menswear might seem like a nod-to-fashion too far but in reality, though, it’s a sounder investment than you might think.

The high visibility of neon, fluorescent and Day-Glo green means they’re able to give the more conservative clothes in your wardrobe a new lease of life. In fact, the more boring and neutral the outfit you team them with, the more they pop: a fluorescent-green tee or pair of neon-green kicks is the perfect way to compliment a grey overcoat or black joggers.
