H&M DIVIDED - 'The Grey Concept'

The H&M Divided Grey Collection for men is now expanding to include women's wear - now renamed ‘The Grey Concept’. The collection takes inspiration from rock 'n' roll, punk rebellion, offering up a grunge, urban and effortlessly hip capsule wardrobe.

The choice of easily deconstructed pieces throughout provide a strong emphasis on layering and texture combination with a monochromatic palette - predominantly in dark complementary shades of green, grey and black. The cohesive collection with distinctive symbols of rebellion include a timeless leather biker jacket, statement asymmetrical buttoned woolen coats, and relaxed draped cardigans, teamed with a selection of essential basics such as soft grey vests and simple graphic tees. Super skinny jeans provide a long-term staple further evoking the trademark styling. Accessories are vintage inspired with the likes of scarves and fedoras completing the iconic sense of cool.

Once again H&M have present a collection with high fashion influences that can mixed and matched with effortless ease. Despite it's innovation, 'The Grey Concept' range is available at H&M’s standard prices. The outerwear ranges between £40 and £50 while a pair of jeans will cost £15 to £25 (much lower than that of rival brands All Saints and Topman's AAA Collection). At these prices this is bound to be a big hit with the youthful market it is aimed at. The full collection will be available in selected stores from this month - just in time to start piecing together a stylish winter wardrobe!
